Your Telegram ID (provided automatically when you message the bot). Your email address (only if you subscribe via Stripe). Your Stripe customer ID. Wallet addresses you ask the bot to watch. Alert preferences (e.g. threshold, watched markets). Optionally, IP address from Stripe Checkout for fraud prevention.
No analytics or tracking on the bot side. No third-party advertising trackers. No biometric data. No data about your trades on Polymarket beyond what you explicitly tell the bot. No browsing history.
We use Stripe (payments) and Telegram (message delivery). Both are independent data processors with their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with anyone else.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct inaccuracies. Email support@polyping.co. We respond within 14 days.
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax/accounting law (typically 6 years in Ireland).
PolyPing is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access is limited to the operator. We disclose breaches to affected users within 72 hours of discovery.
Material changes to this policy are communicated via Telegram or email.
